Welcome to svibogames. By visiting this site or playing any of the games here, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site. We tried to keep this short and readable.

1. The games are ours

Every game on svibogames — including its code, artwork, sounds, names, characters, level designs, and overall look and feel — is created by and belongs to svibogames. It is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. All rights reserved to svibogames.

2. What you may do

We’re glad you’re here to play. You may access and play the games for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment, free of charge. That’s the whole deal — no installs, no accounts, no nonsense.

3. What you may not do

Without our prior written permission, you may not:

copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, rent, or sublicense any game or part of it;
reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or extract the source code, assets, or game logic;
create derivative works, clones, or knock-offs based on the games;
reuse our artwork, names, branding, or designs in your own projects;
embed, reframe, or rehost the games on another site or app;
use bots, automated tools, or exploits to disrupt or abuse the service.

4. No warranty

The games are provided “as is,” for fun. We don’t promise they’ll always be available, bug-free, or compatible with every device or browser. We may add, change, or remove games at any time.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, svibogames is not liable for any damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the site or the games. You play at your own discretion.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the effective date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
